Design and create custom floral arrangements for events, clients, and in-store displays.
Lead and mentor junior florists and assist in training new team members.
Communicate directly with clients to understand their floral needs and event themes.
Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and floral supplies, ensuring quality and freshness.
Innovate seasonal and trend-inspired floral concepts.
Oversee flower care, conditioning, and shop presentation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide arrangements for campaigns and photoshoots.
