- Time Frame: Customers may return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, as indicated on the receipt.
Tamimi Markets - Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges are applicable to products that are defective or not as described. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Exclusions: Customized arrangements tailored to specific customer requests are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
3. Return and Exchange Process
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Procedure: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 14-day period. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for the return or replacement of the product.
4. Refunds
- Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Time Frame: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-14 Days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
